• The renter: You
  wishing to use the swimming pool at the above-mentioned holiday rental located in Jerusalem.

In exchange for permission to use the pool, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Waiver of Claims: You waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to your use of the pool and pool area.

2. Release of Liability: You release the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that you or your next of kin may suffer in connection with your use of the pool or pool area, including claims arising from negligence on the part of the Releasees.

3. Indemnity: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any liability for property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from your use of the pool or pool area.

4. Age and Responsibility: You confirm that you are over the age of 18 and will adhere to all property rules.

5. Binding Agreement: This Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and binding upon you, your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on your estate.

Important

Please read carefully. By replying to the email you received from us, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

Remember, your self-check-in instructions will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival.

Pool Rules

• No Running

• No Jumping

• No Diving

• No eating in or near the pool

• Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times

• When not in use, the pool gate must be locked.

Important

Failure to provide this acknowledgment means that no authorisation will be granted, and pool access will be strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised use of the facility will be solely at the renter’s own risk, with no liability assumed on our part.

By using the pool, you acknowledge and understand the following:

1. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.

2. As the renter, you are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and the safety of all individuals using the pool during your stay.

3. Your use of the pool involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

   • Risk of injury from possible malfunction of pool equipment.

   • Risk of injury from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.

   • Risk of injury from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.

4. ​Risk of other injuries related to pool activities.

The renter understands that this list is not exhaustive and only provides examples of the types of risks he/she is assuming.

Before sending your confirmation

You are aware that by signing it, you are waiving certain legal rights that you may have against the Releasees, and you fully agree to do so.
