WASTE DISPOSAL
 

Exit your apartment and head to the corridor junction near the lifts.

Look for a door labeled אשפה (rubbish/garbage).

Inside, you’ll find the chute with a metal handle —simply pull it towards you to open.

PARKING
 

Arriving by car: The parking entrance is located on Eliyahu Mani Street, 2.

Upon arrival, use the intercom to contact the receptionist (or call +972 50 236 8999). Please provide your full name as listed in your reservation and mention you are staying in Apartment 96, managed by MPJ Vacation Rentals Ltd. The reception team receives your check-in information on the day prior to your arrival, ensuring they are prepared to assist you.

Once you’re inside the apartment, you’ll find a remote opener (for the parking gate) and a key fob (for the parking doors) for your convenience in accessing the parking area during your stay.

CHECK-IN TIME

🕯 Friday Arrivals: We aim to accommodate early check-ins before Shabbat (Jewish Sabbath) begins. We’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.

HOT WATER
 

The hot water is controlled by a timer located in the hallway, pre-set to run in 2-hour intervals in the morning and evening to maintain a steady supply throughout the day.

Upon arrival, please check that the timer is set to suit your needs.

If multiple people will be showering, you may need to turn on the boiler manually. To do this, switch it from "Clock" to "I" (continuous on).

The recommendation is to keep it set to timer mode. However, if you switch to position "I" (continuous on), kindly reset it to timer mode within two hours to avoid potential damage to the heater.

Such damage could result in a complete loss of hot water and may incur a surcharge for improper use of the boiler.

POOL AND SAUNA

Guests are required to sign the pool waiver before check-in.

The waiver, sent prior to the check-in instructions, includes important information such as pool rules, potential risks, and a release of liability.

Please ensure to read and sign the form before your arrival.

Pool schedule: It is posted on the notice board located on the ground floor.

Pool dimensions: 4 metres by 17 metres.

For safety, kindly avoid running, diving, jumping, or eating in the pool area. Children under 14 must always be supervised.

HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)
 

The apartment features a central HVAC system. To operate, use the control panels located in the corridor:
 

• Air Conditioning: Select the snowflake icon.

• Heating: Select the sun icon.
   

Simply use the arrow buttons to adjust the temperature and the fan speed button to set your desired airflow.

FRIDGE: SHABBAT MODE

To activate the Shabbat mode for the refrigerator, please use the switch located on the top of the fridge.

This mode disables certain functions to comply with observance requirements, ensuring the appliance operates in a way that aligns with Jewish traditional practices.
