The apartment features a central HVAC system. To operate, use the control panels located in the entrance hallway:

PARKING
Arriving by car: The parking entrance is around the corner on HaRav Agan Street.

Please provide your full name as listed in your reservation and mention you are staying in Apartment C31, managed by MPJ Vacation Rentals Ltd. The reception team receives your check-in information on the day prior to your arrival, ensuring they are prepared to assist you.

CHECK-IN TIME

🕯 Friday Arrivals: We aim to accommodate early check-ins before Shabbat (Jewish Sabbath) begins. We’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.
HOT WATER
The hot water is controlled by a timer located in the hallway, pre-set to run in 2-hour intervals in the morning and evening to maintain a steady supply throughout the day.
Upon arrival, please check that the timer is set to suit your needs.
If multiple people will be showering, you may need to turn on the boiler manually. To do this, switch it from "Clock" to "I" (continuous on).
The recommendation is to keep it set to timer mode. However, if you switch to position "I" (continuous on), kindly reset it to timer mode within two hours to avoid potential damage to the heater.
Such damage could result in a complete loss of hot water and may incur a surcharge for improper use of the boiler.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Take the lift to floor -3, exit, and turn left toward the parking area.
Make sure you have your magnetic key with you, or prop the door open to avoid being locked out.
Continue for about 10 metres on your left, and you’ll find a door labelled "אשפה" (rubbish), which leads to the waste-containers room.
