WASTE DISPOSAL
The bins are located on the side of the driveway.
Exit through the front door, walk toward HaNeviim Street, and you’ll find the bins on your left.
PARKING
The entrance is at the end of the driveway, and your reserved space is directly ahead.
First, collect the gate remote control from inside the apartment before parking your car.
If your spot is improperly occupied, please park in another available space and inform us.
If you find yourself stuck inside the parking (floor -1), you can exit through the main building (lobby on the ground floor, 0). Please note, there is no button to call the receptionist from the parking.
For parking in the city and throughout the country, use the Pango and Cello apps. For precise directions, please use GPS, Waze, or Google Maps. For public transport in Israel, please use Moovit.
CHECK-IN TIME
From 16:00
🕯 Friday Arrivals: We aim to accommodate early check-ins before Shabbat (Jewish Sabbath) begins. We’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.
HOT WATER
To manually heat the water: use the timer located under the switch marked "תנור" (heater) next to the main bathroom upstairs.
Allow approximately 20 minutes for heating.
Please remember to turn it off when not in use. Keeping it on for too long may cause damage to the heater and result in a complete loss of hot water.
Such damage could also incur a surcharge for improper use of the boiler.
PRIVATE POOL
Guests are required to sign the pool waiver before check-in.
The waiver, sent prior to the check-in instructions, includes important information such as pool rules, potential risks, and a release of liability.
Please ensure to read and sign the form before your arrival.
For safety, kindly avoid running, diving, jumping, or eating in the pool area. Children under 14 must always be supervised.

This is a residential building. We kindly ask that you respect the facilities and adhere to the building management’s guidelines.

HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)
The apartment features a central HVAC system. To operate, use the control panels located in the kitchen.
The right panel controls the living room, and the left panel controls the kitchen.

Simply use the arrow buttons to adjust the temperature and the fan speed button to set your desired airflow.
Temporarily, set the kitchen unit to fan mode only to operate
FRIDGE: SHABBAT MODE
The refrigerator's Shabbat mode is pre-set; no action is required from guests.
This mode disables certain functions to comply with observance requirements, ensuring the appliance operates in a way that aligns with Jewish traditional practices.
