What is the policy if a guest cancels the booking?
If the booking was done via a booking platform, then their terms and conditions apply.
If the booking was done directly, then the following applies:
If the guest canceled within seven days of making the reservation, a refund of 50% (of total reservation) will be returned to them.
The remaining 50% will only be refunded if the management is able to recoup the funds from new reservations for the same dates.
If the guest cancels within seven days of scheduled check-in, the guest will receive up to a full refund, only after the management is able to recoup the funds from new reservations for the same dates.
How much time in advance will MPJ accept reservations?
MPJ will have an open booking window with six months in advance.
Any inquiries received by MPJ that exceeds six months will only be confirmed after the owner’s approval.
